Is Age just a number? If 'age is just a number', why then do employers call for applicants stating clearly the maximum age that will be considered? If 'age is just a number', will you as a football coach recruit a 40 year old man to play for your team? If 'age is just a number', will you seat nicely in a car driven by a 70 year old man if you are in hurry to attend an interview?   If the statement 'Age is just a number' is said in referencing the sovereignty of God to make the impossibility possible, that statement is right.
